Bailout vote – Is it Mediare Part D all over again?

As of this moment the House of Representatives has voted down the bailout bill 207-226 and time on the vote has expired.  Calls for regular order from the floor are being ignored.  That means there is some major league arm-twisting happening on the floor of the House by someone, probably Democrats since they control the House.  It will be interesting to see how this plays out.  Will it be another Medicare Modernization Act vote where Republicans held the vote open for 2 1/2 hours while they worked Members for votes?
