Hillary Clinton enlisting support of Elton John to raise money…What, not enough Americans want to help?

a more awkward embrace has not been seen since Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Pressley kissed on MTV.

Sir Elton John, loyal British subject, will raise money for Senator Clinton by performing at fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall next month.  John has helped Clinton raise money before, so this is nothing new, but it is a bit disturbing.  What say should someone who is not a citizen have in our election process?  Sure, they don’t get to vote, but most Americans don’t donate money to any candidate, so who actually has the bigger influence?

Does this mean celebrities from other countries are now going to start being the main attraction for political fundraisers here?  What’s next, Hugo Chavez campaigning for Obama?

Love the picture! There has got to be a joke (besides the people) in there somewhere. I’m laughing too hard to come up with one.
