Bob Lutz: Heretic to the Church of Global Warming

Bob Lutz, Vice-Chairman of General Motors, is a ballsy man worthy of admiration. Why?  Because he dares to say what he believes no matter how much hell he stands to catch for doing so.

Mr. Lutz first came to the notice of the thought police when he offended both the obese and environmentalists by saying that raising mileage regulations for new cars was a way to force Americans to buy smaller cars.  He said it was “like trying to address the obesity problem in this country by forcing clothing manufacturers to sell smaller, tighter sizes.”

The comedy is true, and that is gold.

As if upsetting Liberals once wasn’t enough to endear himself to us, he went and did it again, this time hitting them right in their sweet spot – global warming.

Lutz called global warming “a crock” because, well, it is.  But not many people in positions of prominence are willing to speak the truth on the issue because the devout followers of Pope Goreus the VI come down like a ton of bricks on those who dare educate themselves on the issue.  Hell hath no fury like a hippie (Al Gore, tree-hugger – pick the one you like best) scorned.

But, proving he is worthy of admiration, Lutz is refusing to take it back, which is upsetting hippies from New York to San Francisco.

Bob Lutz – thank you!

Bob Lutz for Pres. We need more people who are willing to say what they mean and then not “apoligize” afterwards.
