Douchebag of the Week – People who hang people in effigy.

This week’s Douchebag of the Week winners are real losers, they’re the type of people who do things deliberately to seem different, when it’s really just a childish cry for attention. Our winners this week are any of the boneheads out there who hang politicians in effigy.

It started with Sarah Palin out in California. Douchebag Chad Morrisette thought it would be cool to hang her from his house because, well, he’s a douchebag, and he probably figured he’d get some attention. He did get the attention he desired, but not they type he wanted. He was criticized by anyone with a spine and a shred of decency…and Keith Uberdouche, too.

Now we have two douchebags in Kentucky, Joe Fischer and Hunter Bush, who thought it would be a good idea to hang Barack Obama in effigy. It wasn’t, and they were arrested.

Really? This is what you have to say to the world? You’re content to piss away your 15 minutes of fame on stupidity?

The urge to be shocking for shock’s sake is a powerful one, but so is the urge to try some of the stuff you see on Jackass. Just because you think something sounds cool, smart and clever doesn’t mean it is. These displays are stupid. We get it, you don’t like these people, but hanging their image at the end of a rope is the best you’ve got when it comes to expressing yourself, please, we beg you, don’t vote. You clearly are too dumb to express yourself in any useful or meaningful way, so don’t vote. Just pop your collar, gel up your hair, hop in your Camaro and do the world a favor by driving off a cliff.

And as you go take with you the knowledge that your stupidity and inability to not be a bipedal butt-plug has won you the honor of Douchebag of the Week. Congratulations!

Clueless Democrat on the Fairness Doctrine.

One thing politicians will never do, or at least most of them, they will never admit they don’t know something.  They will ramble on nonsensically rather than just admit they have no idea or need clarification.  Case in point, Kay Barnes, Democrat candidate for Congress in Missouri,  talks about the Fairness Doctrine.  It is clear she has no idea what it is, but that doesn’t cause her to ask for clarification or to admit her ignorance, she just rambles on anyway.

While she doesn’t say it, it seems pretty clear that Peggy Joseph also thinks that Barack Obama can walk on water, too.

The invasion of Joe the Plumber’s privacy – Thou shall not question “The One.”

It turns out the invasion of Joe Wurzelbacher’s privacy was worse than originally thought, or admitted.

You can read the story here, but the fact that this happened at all should outrage everyone.  All this guy did was ask a question of Barack Obama and has been attacked on MSNBC and on the blogs ever since.  The question wasn’t even the problem for Barack, it was the answer.  No one made Obama admit his socialist tendencies, he did that all on his own.  Yet Joe has had to suffer personal attacks, even from Obama and Biden themselves, because he dare differ with them.

This is what we can expect if liberals were to control Congress and the White House.  So much for the party of openness.

Don’t know what you make, and don’t care, but if it’s over $150,000, you’re rich!  It seems that $150,000 a year is the new black, or the new rich.  Remember when it used to be $250,000?  That bar has been lowered because there isn’t enough money liberals can seize from those people to cover what they want to spend.

This is an interesting interview with a former deputy director of the FBI who says that Barack Obama, given his associations and the ever-evolving stories about them, would not qualify for a security clearance to work in many aspects of the government.  Yet, thanks to the media’s lack of interest and objectivity, something Politico admitted to today, he seems on the verge of having access to everything.

Don’t these local media outlets realize that it is heresy to ask tough questions of Joe Biden? We would say of Obama and Biden, but Obama is running from the media these days. Unless you count “Extra” as media, but considering Obama is a celebrity first, it’s not surprising he’d go there.

Joe Biden has been the biggest embarrassment in this campaign, except the media doesn’t cover it. He rarely talks to the media because he is a gaffe machine. But he did talk with a local TV station in Florida where he faced some questions he isn’t used to, questions not provided to the reporter by the Obama campaign, and he doesn’t handle himself very well. In fact, he did so poorly and the campaign was so angry that anyone dare question “The One” that they’ve cut the station off, no more access for them. That’s the vindictive change we can believe in!

Here’s Joe the Blowhard getting unscripted questions. Notice how he implies that the anchor is getting her questions from some puppet master or something with his “I don’t know who wrote these” remark. It’s as though he believes she’s in the tank for McCain because they aren’t used to getting anything other than sycophantic questions.

The real Barack Obama is finally coming out.

It’s a sad testament to the state of the media today that this has to come out through YouTube and not the nightly news or newspapers.

Ask Barack Obama a tough question, get a colonoscopy by Dems – Joe the Plumber’s privacy invaded.

What is most disturbing about the whole Joe the Plumber episode this election year isn’t that Barack Obama exposed his socialist tenancies by admitting that he wants to “spread the wealth around,” it’s that the media, the self-appointed “4th Branch of Government” – has spent more time looking into the background of Joe than they have that of Barack Obama in the last 2 years.  Now comes word that government officials in Ohio may have illegally used government computers to access files on Joe in an attempt to see what kind of dirt they can dig up on him. 

This should be disturbing to everyone who really cares about privacy, and especially our leftist friends who love it when people “question authority” or “speak truth to power.”  We don’t expect they will care all that much, but still.

This reminds us of the FBI Files scandal during the Clinton Administration.  Remember the “clerical error” that somehow mysteriously ended up getting the FBI files of hundreds of Republicans making their way to the White House.  What were they used for?  No one would talk, but we can imagine.

The lesson to any potential “Joes” out there is simple, don’t cross “The One” or we will destroy you.  It was sad enough when that message came from political hacks and hired guns, now it is coming from elected officials and the media.  Expect MSNBCand Keith Uberdouche to ignore this story completely while they continue their assault on a private citizen who dared reject socialism even though it may benefit him in the short-term.  Joe is unwilling to accept short-term potential gains for long-term loss of liberty and opportunity. 

He aspires; and aspiration, drive and the American Dream are anti-matter to leftist agenda.  That is the worst sin a person can commit in their quest for power.  Joe encapsulates the rugged individualism upon which this country was founded, and is what the Leftists seek to destroy.

What have you done for your country besides whine on this infantile blog?

Try doing some serious reading and you’ll find that McCain does have PTSD (he collects 100% disability for it) and once tried to commit suicide.

To suggest “most” soldiers don’t get it (PTSD) is another example of your lack of knowledge regarding combat PTSD. The truth is out there, even if you chose not to believe it.

Douchebag of the Week – Lewis Diuguid

Our winner this week is someone you’ve probably never heard of, Lewis Diuguid.  He’s is an editorial writer for the Kansas City Start and a hyper-sensitive left-wing spin-artist.

In this post here, Lewis tries desperately to make the fact that McCain and Palin are calling Obama’s socialist policies what they are, socialism, into a race issue.

When liberals can’t find racism they simply make it up.  When there is nothing that can be remotely thought of as racist, they pull out the “code word” card.  By their logic damn near anything can be racist.  Did you say you wanted a sandwich?  Don’t you know that sandwich is a code word for black?

Give us a break!

It’s to the point that if you don’t get down on your knees and kiss Obama’s feet you’re a member of the Klan!

This is why liberalism will fail, because they seek to control every aspect of everyone’s lives and those that don’t fall in line are demonized as sexists, racist, homophobic or whatever floats someone’s boat at the time.  And it is this haphazardly usage of serious social problems that cheapens real cases of them, and may well cause many hard feelings and more incidences.  It’s absolutely disgusting.

For being a complete jackass so desperate to win this election that he will sell out any an all principles of honesty and integrity, Lewis Diuguid is our Douchebag of the Week.

This is not the Barack Obama we see in public these days, but this is the Barack Obama who started hanging out with William Ayers and attended Jeremiah Wright’s church.

Reports are that a female McCain supporter has been attack in Pittsburgh, waiting for Keith Olbermann “Special Comment” on how she had it coming.

Drudge is flashing the headline that a 20 year old woman had “B” carved into her face (presumably for “bitch”) because she dared have a bumper sticker for McCain on her car. The story can be found here.

…the robber took $60 from the woman, then became angry when he saw a McCain bumper sticker on the victim’s car. The attacker then punched and kicked the victim, before using the knife to scratch the letter “B” into her face…

Disgusting.

If this story checks out and it does get reported, how long till we know if this woman owes any back taxes or how many people she may have slept with? The Keith Uberdouche monologue writes itself, if you don’t mind facts or reality getting in the way of a good story. Especially since he wants to hold McCan and Palin to account for things that weren’t even said by strangers in a huge crowd, he will clearly now demand Obama disavow this horrendous act.

But until the story is fully out there, you have to wonder how this could happen in Pittsburgh. Isn’t that on the Western side of the state? According to Jack(ass) Murtha, that part of the state is filled with racist rednecks who support McCain, or at least oppose Obama. Odd.

If true, and we have no reason to doubt it right now, we hope they catch the prick that did this and they resist arrest for a little while. What scum!

These Global Warming nuts do not recognize the truth when it frost bites their asses.

While Pope Goreus the IV, spiritual leader of the Holy Church of Global Warming, was giving a speech at Harvard about the perils of what doesn’t exist, new data is showing that the earth’s temperature is cooling…dramatically.  Since there is no money in that fact, Al Gore just ignored it and stuck with his prepared remarks.  The rumor we’ve heard, that we’re starting, is that he’s waiting up till he can find something to sell to “stop the coming ice age” but is waiting until someone comes up with something man made to blame for it first, since pointing out that it’s actually that big ball of fire in the sky that controls our temperature wouldn’t make for big profits.

In the meantime, a group of college kids, aka: gullible morons, have swallowed not only the worm, but the hook from Gore and are on a bike tour across New York State to promote awareness of the myth.  The funniest part is that the article states that they “braved freezing cold temperatures” to promote awareness of global warming.

These people don’t have the facts on their side, they don’t have the science (though they do have the scientists since they’re funded by our tax dollars, and no problem means no money), but you’d think they’d have the common sense to say, “Maybe late October isn’t the best time to do this bike thing for global warming since it may be cold.”  But nope…

An honest Democrat blasts media, Obama and fellow Democrats on the economic crisis.

This is a must-read for anyone interested in honesty in government and the media.

If you at our local daily newspaper continue to let Americans believe – and vote as if – President Bush and the Republicans caused the crisis, then you are joining in that lie.

If you do not tell the truth about the Democrats – including Barack Obama – and do so with the same energy you would use if the miscreants were Republicans – then you are not journalists by any standard.

You’re just the public relations machine of the Democratic Party, and it’s time you were all fired and real journalists brought in, so that we can actually have a news paper in our city.

Interesting: Socialist world supports Obama, our military supports McCain.

It seems the world has spoken, and they have said they want Barack Obama (they can have him) as our next President.  We don’t recall them consulting us on who their leaders should be, mostly because we tend to mind our own business on electoral matters of other countries.  But socialists are not a group content to leave people alone, they really enjoy control, and they support their own.

To be fair, they were asked, they didn’t actively call the United States to voice their opinions.  Why they were called and who exactly cares what the rest of the world thinks is an open question.

One thing that is not an open question is who our military supports.  Seems the endorsement of Colin Powell doesn’t matter as much as the leadership and character of the candidates does.  By a margin of 3 to 1, active military personnel prefer McCain over Obama, quite probably because they’ve actually been listening to Obama and are bothered by the associations the media doesn’t seem to give a damn about.  After all, Bill Ayers did try to bomb the Pentagon…soldiers tend to frown upon those who seek to kill them, and those who either hang out with or even serve on boards with those who try to kill them.  They’re old fashioned that way.
